SERVICE AGREEMENT
"MANJAKU Member" refers to the member-exclusive programme provided by Manjaku Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliated companies (hereafter called the Company) for MANJAKU Member card holders. This agreement is made and agreed to between You and the Company.
- Declaration

All MANJAKU members agree to fully comply with the Terms & Conditions under 'MANJAKU Member' (MANJAKU membership program).

You agree that MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter and amend the Terms and Conditions of this MANJAKU Member’ programme, including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without any prior notice.
- Membership

All qualified individuals 18 years & above who reside in Malaysia are entitled to apply for the MANJAKU Member Card. Each applicant is only entitled to apply for one (1) membership card and will be assigned only one (1) MANJAKU Member Card.

MANJAKU Member card is not a credit card or charge card and is only applicable for all MANJAKU Baby Mall in Malaysia.

MANJAKU Member card is subjected to an annual membership fee of RM10 or 5 years membership for RM20. In this event, MANJAKU Points (MP) cannot be used to redeem this membership renewal.

In the event the membership expires, MANJAKU Members shall have the option to either apply for a new MANJAKU Member card or renew the membership at any MANJAKU Baby Mall in Malaysia. In the case of application for a new MANJAKU Member card, all the points and rebates accumulated from the expired card shall not be carried forward to the new MANJAKU Member card and the points and rebates shall be null and void.

In the event the membership is renewed within 90 days after expiry, the date of renewal will commence on the day of renewal and upon renewal, the membership shall be entitled to all the points and rebates accumulated previously.

Member must present the valid MANJAKU Member card to the cashier before any transaction to ensure that the spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Failure to do so, the amounts spent will not be taken into account for rebates or points accumulation.

All correspondences and promotional information shall be forwarded to the Principal MANJAKU Member card holders only.

If an MANJAKU Member card is stolen, lost or damaged, a fee of RM10.00 (excluding any payable statutory tax) will be charged for each replacement card.

MANJAKU Member card is issued and maintained as a property of MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

All members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to Manjaku Baby Mall. MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to points due to any discrepancy in member’s information.

MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use and utilise the database information collected in this programme for marketing purposes.

MANJAKU Member card is strictly non-transferable to other individual or party. MANJAKU Baby Mall reserves the right to terminate or suspend the membership Card if there are doubts to the membership account without any prior notice.

MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdrawal of the MANJAKU Member card at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without any prior notice.
- MANJAKU Point (MP) Programme

Just present your valid MANJAKU Member Card upon payment. Effective of 1st March 2019, for every Ringgit spent, you will be entitled for one (1) MANJAKU Point in all categories except Milk Powder & Diapering. For Milk Powder & Diapering category, you will get one (1) MANJAKU Point for every RM10 spent. Points earned are based on the total amount settled in each purchase. Accumulation of receipts for points issuance is not allowed.

Every 200 Manjaku Points is equivalent to RM1 redemption. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time. Manjaku Points must be redeemed in minimum blocks of 2000 Manjaku Points = RM10.00 with no maximum limit. Manjaku Points will be forfeited after 90 days the membership expired.

The following items are not included in the MANJAKU Points calculation:

Purchases of MANJAKU Gift Vouchers

Purchases on Infant related product(s) in compliance to the Code of Ethics in Marketing Infant Food and Related Products.

Any tax to be imposed by the Authority/ Government

The points collection entitlement in the MANJAKU Member System is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

MANJAKU Points accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and/ or not for sale to any other persons. MANJAKU Points accumulated are also not exchangeable for cash.

Only valid Principal MANJAKU Member card holders holding a valid/ non-expired MANJAKU Member card with sufficient points are eligible for the gift redemption.

MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse any redemption of the redeemed item if MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has any reason to suspect the points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded.

MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to adjust the points tiers or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of similar or equivalent value without prior notice.

MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deduct the balance of a member's points accumulation in the event that:-

any point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded;

any point is recorded in error;
-
any point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given; or
-
any points derived from the purchase of inventory and stocks by a MANJAKU Member who is appointed to operate, manage or work at branches
-
All terms and conditions herein shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Members need to notify MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. if there are any problems regarding the point balance within 30 days of transaction. You may send any queries or loss of membership card issues to member@manjaku.com.my

Personal Data Privacy Notice

MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. shall be entitled to do the followings with your consent as indicated in the "Confirmation and Signature" column, including but not limited to:

Collect, retain and process your Personal Data for purpose of processing MANJAKU Member card application and to provide you with information related to MANJAKU's services and products ("the Purposes");

Disclose your Personnal Data to MANJAKU's parent company, subsidiaries, associate company, Licensees of MANJAKU, co-organisers of event, business alliances, agents and service providers for the Purposes.

MANJAKU Holdings Sdn. Bhd. may cease to process and take necessary action to delete and destroy your Personal Data within a reasonable period upon received your written notice in withdrawing your consent.
